    Job Description About the Position:

    We’re seeking licensed Hair Stylist who have a passion for delivering an exceptional service and experience for our guests. We have a level system for our Stylists which provide you the opportunity to continue growing both with your technical skills and compensation. By focusing on your continuing education, guest retention, and delivery of at-home care recommendations, we’re able to support your career path to ensure you’re continuously growing as a professional. As a Stylist, you will focus on:

    • Greeting guests with friendly and professional demeanor
    • Ensuring guests’ Patrones is of the utmost quality
    • Recommending at-home care to guests for purchase
    • Recommending a pre-booking date to guests to ensure future reservations
    • Meet or exceed set department goals for retail sales and guest retention
    • Performing technical aspects of the appointed service, for all services on Patrones’ menu
    • Completing and maintain yearly continuing education requirements
    • Attending continuing education offered in order to remain current with industry trends
    • Complete all other duties as assigned

    Salon Front Desk Associate

    Job Description About the Position:

    We are looking for Front Desk Coordinator who are passionate about their work, regardless of how long they’ve been in this industry.

    As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will focus on:

    • Responsible for implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external customers. Goal is to exceed customer expectations from initial inquiry to on going customer relationship management
    • Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed
    • Accountable for efficient and effective day to day operations that achieve minimal front desk service standards. Will follow all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards. Includes: opening duties, greeting clients,  answering phones, making appointments, retail sales, cash transactions, customer check-in/check-out, appointment confirmation calls, and closing duties.
    • Customer contacts and rescheduling if needed

    Qualifications:

    What we’re looking for:

    • High level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively
    • Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a must (3-5 years’ experience)
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
