I had THE BEST experience at Patrone’s yesterday. I needed a last minute appointment and Misty came in on her day off to get me in. She was AMAZING and did such a great job on my hair. I told her what I wanted to do with it and she far exceeded my expectations with my color and highlights! She also did a treatment that made my hair feel so soft and healthy! Misty was fantastic as always. I have been coming here for nearly 10 years. They have wonderful staff and can usually get you in your desired time slot when you call well enough in advance. Elise is fantastic too!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from a truly magical massage therapist. Wendy has an incredible ability to pinpoint exactly where I was feeling tension and discomfort and worked their magic to release it.

From the moment I arrived, Wendy made me feel comfortable and at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that the massage was tailored to my specific needs.

Throughout the massage, the therapist used a variety of techniques that left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Their hands seemed to have a mind of their own, intuitively finding and releasing any areas of tension.

After the massage was over, I felt like a completely different person. My body felt light and limber, and my mind was calm and clear. I left the session feeling grateful for the amazing experience and already looking forward to my next appointment.

Overall, I would highly recommend this massage therapist to anyone looking for a truly magical experience. They are truly gifted in their craft, and their passion for helping people shines through in every touch. Five stars all around!

I visit Michigan 1-2x a year, and always go to Patrone's for pedicure and cut/color.
Elise (sp?) did a fabulous cut and color on me last month- I never look this good after getting same services in my own home town. Thank you Patrone's, for your consistency!

First time here as I received the gift certificate. The masseuse knew what she was doing and targeted areas in need of attention.
In making the appointment, they are very accommodating with times and needs.
They weren't able to locate my gift certificate in their system, so I had to branish the actual certificate as somehow it didn't get entered.
There wasn't a hard sale on purchasing their products afterwards as well as trying to get you to sign up for your next visit, which I appreciate. A follow up call at a later time works much better.

Over the past couple years I've been coming in and getting massages usually while I have been pregnant and you guys give excellent service, it's very calling, and comfortable at your business and I've never had a single complaint towards this place. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to relax and kind of get a little bit of a stress relief here. I again will be making an appointment soon with them and being that I'm 14 weeks pregnant Its much needed. Can't wait 🙂

The staff and owner have fun personalities that are super easy to get along with, and the services I received (a facial and a hot stone massage) were both amazing. On top of that, both of the ladies who performed my services were open and sharing about tips to avoid issues down the road. Will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend their spa services--it was fantastic experience as a reasonable price. 🙂

Absolutely perfect place

Massage was amazing.

My first visit was not a great one the girl who cut my hair initially booth was really dark and I dont know how she could see to cut my hair. She also did not give me what I wanted. I called a few days later hoping to get it fixed by someone else because I wasn't happy and they did at no cost. I will be back for the second girl again.

As far as the facility it's quite nice and they offer a lot of services at a reasonable price.

Did an amazing job with my daughters hair. The woman was 20 minutes late for our appointment though and then didn't finish my daughters hair before her next appointment came in. So, she started working on the other woman's hair in tandem with working on my daughters and it turned into almost 6 hours of being there for a cut and color when I was told it should only take 2-3 hours.

One of the best things about this salon is their willingness to work around both scheldues and budgets. The stylist are focused on making sure their clients have a good time, and can manage / afford their time here. 5/5 stars, for the great service and wonderful talents.

Excellent spa

My parents did a vow renewal for their 40th anniversary and i called to see if they could do her hair and 2 other ladies and they were excellent in making the arrangements and all 3 of them their hair was perfect.

Went in on my birthday to get a pedicure for the first time and it was amazing- looking forward to having it done again , and also got a set of acrylics put on - she worked long and hard to get my nails to look decent (I’m a nail bitter - not much nail to attach to)

When you are at Patrones you are pampered and treated like you really matter to them. The staff are so experienced. Full service spa. It’s amazing. They can do anything and they’ll make you look and feel like a million dollars. And they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! You’ll never want to go anywhere else!
