Setting reservations ahead is always recommended if you have a favorite service technician. Especially if you have a specific day of the week or time slot needed. We really want to make your experience at Patrone’s as comfortable and convenient as possible. For this reason we are able to set up a series of reservations usually up to a year in advance. As an additional courtesy we will set up a reminder call approximately 48 hours before each previously scheduled appointment. Sometimes it is difficult to plan ahead for some of our guests. If you are able to relate to this please know we are usually able to take most services on a call in or walk in basis. However, most services can be provided on a walk-in basis with minimal waiting.
We ask as a courtesy to the dedicated service members at Patrone's that you please give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or move any pre-scheduled appointments. Same day cancellations result not only in losing your business but also the potential business of other clients who may have taken the time you scheduled. For this reason, same-day cancellations will be billed for the full cost of the service.
