Policies

We ask as a courtesy to the dedicated service members at Patrone;s that you please give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or move any pre-scheduled appointments. Same day cancellations result not only in losing your business but also the potential business of other clients who may have taken the time you scheduled. For this reason the same day cancellations will be billed for the full cost of the service.

1. We ask that all appointments over $75.00 be secured by a credit card, Gift certificate number or prepayment.
2. Children: We love children at Patrone’s; however, clients under the age of 14 are welcomed in the salon with full adult supervision at all times.   A salon is not a child friendly environment because of sharp implements, heated styling tools etc.  We ask that children are not allowed to run or conduct themselves loudly as all our design technicians need to have complete focus on the services they are providing.  Children are not allowed at any time in the Spa area. No exceptions.  If service must be rescheduled at time of appointment , full charges will apply.
3. Arrivals:  Our scheduling is designed to permit the proper amount of time needed to complete your scheduled services.  Please be on time so that no one will have to wait for their services.  Arriving late may require us to cancel or shorten the length of the service with full charges applied.
4. Cancellations:  We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice on all day spa services to avoid full service charges. Please notify us promptly of conflicts so other clients may be served.  Gift Certificated are voided if appointments are missed.
5. Gift Certificates are good for the dollar amount only.  Patrone’s keeps really good records, if lost, stolen or destroyed we can usually provide services as long as name of client matches recorded gift certificate information with picture ID.
6. Groups of three or more must prepay including 15% gratuity. 5% is non-refundable after appointments are scheduled.  A minimum of a 72-hour cancellation notice is required or a full charge will apply.
7. Gratuity is not included is the price of any services.
8. Prices are subject to change without notice.
